There is a variety of position opportunities at various skill levels from part-time to full-time, year-round and seasonal. Positions vary from entry level to various degrees required. Many of our part-time positions are excellent for college students studying education and youth development and can fit into weekly course schedules. Part-time benefits include:

  • Eligible for Pension Plan/401 (a) after one year of service. Employees must be at least 21 years of age and work at 1000 hours per year for the employer contribution only.

What Positions are Available?

Culver Boys & Girls Club offers a variety of positions for individuals with experience working with children and training in education, child psychology, health, business, recreation and sports, technology, or other related fields.

All candidates for Culver Boys & Girls Club positions must undergo an extensive criminal background check prior to starting employment. Ensuring the safety of our Club members and the youth of our communities is a top priority! Any past conviction of a crime against a child will exclude an applicant automatically.
